In a recent post, Charlie points out that just about a quarter of people who express a negative opinion of the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a Obamacare, do so because they don’t think it goes far enough. That includes me, by the way. I think the ACA is an unnecessarily complex, Rube Goldbergian approach to covering the uninsured, but, hey, it’s a “market-based” approach born over at Heritage, so what does one expect? We coulda/shoulda just expanded Medicare to everyone. But it’s a step in the right direction.
