The next time . . .

You hear someone blathering about how we have to get rid of regulations, since they’re holding back our creativity, innovation, incentive, work ethic, economy, whatever, play this NPR story about residents in Tonawanda, NY who fought against indifferent regulators for decades in an effort to stop their community from being poisoned by a coke plant owned by an irresponsible operator that was spewing carcinogens into their air, and eventually, their bodies.
